Innocent comes from an entrepreneurial family and ran his family engineering business for over four years before choosing to carve his own path. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, scaling organisations, creating customer value, driving execution, fostering accountability, and delivering long-term growth.<\/p>

His journey has included founding and investing in multiple businesses, serving as CFO, generating significant value, and leading company sale processes, predominantly in partnership with private equity investors.<\/p>
